Day Two of Our AI Hackathon in Poznań.
Day two of the hackathon was all about building and creating. Each team came prepared with a pre-defined concept and plan, developed in the weeks leading up to the event. After getting started on the builds yesterday, today’s focus was on making real progress, turning those planned ideas into functional AI-driven products. The teams spent the day deep in development mode, coding, testing, and refining their solutions.
To recharge, everyone gathered for lunch at the on-site bakery and restaurant, enjoying a well-deserved break and some great food before diving back into their work. The atmosphere remained energetic throughout the day, with collaboration, focus, and creativity filling the workspace.
We have six diverse teams competing in this year’s hackathon, each combining unique expertise from developers, cloud engineers, delivery managers, SAP consultants, and other specialists. Every team has a mix of roles, ensuring a balance between innovation, technical skill, and business understanding.
For a bit of fun, here are the team names taking part in the challenge — along with their photos:
1. Dagleish’s Angels
Inspired by Charlie’s Angels or maybe Hells Angels, we are not sure.
2. ByteBuilders
Focused, creative, and ready to build something powerful.
3. Because We Know What You Did Last Checkout
A clever name, and a team full of even cleverer ideas.
4. FantAIstic Four
Blending creativity and AI with a classic twist.
5. Steven SigAI Team
An AI-inspired wordplay that promises action-packed innovation.
6. Lucky Pigs
Bringing energy, collaboration, and maybe a little bit of luck.
Tomorrow is the final stretch. The teams will spend the morning refining their solutions and preparing their demos.
In the afternoon, all teams will present their products, and the best solution will be awarded a prize.
Stay tuned! The next post will reveal the solutions, winners, and highlights from the final day!
